Lift with your mum, your dad, your sister, your boyfriend’s second cousin - everyone is welcome in the Move Room, the home of cables, free weights, pin-loaded and plate-loaded machines. Equipment selection is varied and premium standard. Get in your reps, sets and time under tension to your heart's content.
